Strategic Collaboration Between Tezmaksan And Ufc Automotive For Digital Transformation

Tezmaksan, a leading company in machining and CNC automation solutions in Turkey, has signed another project to accelerate digitalization in production processes. As part of its strategic collaboration with UFC Automotive, Tezmaksan commissioned its second CubeBOX™ automation line, demonstrating its strength in the digital transformation of the industry. Within this collaboration, UFC Automotive achieved a 35% increase in efficiency and up to 50% improvement in costs in tractor clutch production.

Tezmaksan, a leading company in the machine tool industry in Turkey, has added another success story to its industrial digital transformation journey. UFC Automotive, headquartered in Bursa, integrated Tezmaksan’s CubeBOX™ automation system into its production line for the second time to enhance efficiency and quality in tractor clutch manufacturing. Through this strategic partnership, UFC Automotive has achieved uninterrupted production and significant cost advantages, showcasing the power of digitalization in the automotive supply chain.

Under the cooperation with UFC Automotive, an OEM and OES company with a systematic production structure, Tezmaksan implemented the CubeBOX™ automation line, increasing productivity and cost savings to the highest level.

Highlighting Tezmaksan’s leadership in automation, Aydoğdu noted that they completed their second CubeBOX™ project with UFC Automotive and added: “UFC Automotive exports 35% of its production. Our CubeBOX™ system feeds three different brands of CNC machines at UFC Automotive with robotic support for 22 hours continuously.
