Tezmaksan And Ufc Collaborate For Digital Transformation

Tezmaksan, a company that continues to strengthen its leading position in machining and CNC automation solutions in Turkey, has signed a new partnership agreement. Within the scope of its strategic collaboration with Bursa-based UFC Automotive, the company commissioned its second CubeBOX™ automation line. Thanks to this system, UFC Automotive achieved a 35% increase in efficiency and up to 50% reduction in costs in tractor clutch production.

Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated that Turkish industry has great digital transformation potential, adding: “Our CubeBOX™ system feeds CNC machines of three different brands at UFC Automotive continuously for 22 hours with robotic automation. The process, which was previously handled by three operators, has now been fully automated.”

Aydoğdu emphasized that the company provides sustainable solutions that help manufacturers strengthen their competitive power in the global market through its knowledge and experience. Can Çetin, one of the partners of UFC Automotive, stated that digital transformation and automation have significantly increased efficiency in their production lines, saying, “With this system, we have both reduced costs and achieved labor savings.”
