New Cubebox Deburring System from Tezmaksan Robot Technologies

The system consist of two cells. Operator will load all parts to the feeding unit. After robot will pick the part and load to the fixture in the deburring cell. The table of the deburring unit will turn as a pallet changer. Robot will choose the tool which is needed for deburring process. After deburring process pallet will turn again.

Tezmaksan Robot Technologies team achieved a great technology dance with the Dance Factory Team and Çağla Şıkel by synchronizing 4 robots, breaking new ground in Turkey. Technical information; Our slider unit can have the desired length starting from the standard 3 meters. Our unit can be controlled with the help of servo motors at a speed of 2m/s. We have productions in different sizes with 12-25-35-100 kg robots. Our slider system, which can be integrated into more than one workbench, also provides easy movement and ease of maintenance thanks to rack pinions.
