The New Production Threshold
Tezmaksan, which has placed digitalization, advanced automation, and software-based production solutions at its core, is entering 2026 with a technology-driven growth strategy. The company is positioning multi-axis CNC machines, AI-supported automation systems, and data-driven production architecture at the center of its global strategy.
During a period marked by global recession effects and contraction in local production markets, Tezmaksan became one of the players that reversed the trend. The company achieved momentum in robotic automation investments in Europe and North America, showing strong growth performance both in domestic and global markets. With its expanded portfolio of new products, Tezmaksan differentiated itself positively through accelerated global adoption of automation solutions and increased brand visibility. Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated, “Despite challenging conditions, 2025 was a year in which we were able to scale through innovation. The right technology investments protected us while enabling a more visible and competitive structure.”
OPERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION
In 2025, Tezmaksan’s agenda centered around efficiency and digitalization. Through lean production practices, new automation solutions, and a data-oriented management structure, operational performance improved significantly both within the company and among its customers. CubeBOX™ and FMS systems, the company’s flagship solutions, enhanced operational efficiency by offering flexible and reliable configurations beyond standard setups. RoboCAM, integrated with simulation tools, enabled an ecosystem capable of timely data management. Highlighting the impact of the transformation, Aydoğdu said, “With digitalization, we see measurable improvements in customer performance stemming directly from our technology investments. Our data-driven production approach has taken our customers’ performance to quantifiably higher levels.”
In 2026, the company's focus will be scaling R&D investments and deepening its software architecture. One of the most critical ongoing projects is the production of Turkey’s first 11-axis CNC machine. These next-generation systems, offering high precision, multi-axis processing capabilities, and flexibility, are being developed to meet increasing global demand for complex parts. Additionally, Tezmaksan aims to strengthen its automation portfolio with AI-based control technologies and predictive maintenance features.
Another key pillar of the company’s 2026 vision is expanding international collaborations. In addition to designing and developing advanced technologies used in CNC production facilities, Tezmaksan is forming new strategic partnerships to support its global R&D vision. The newly introduced hybrid production facility in Sivas will merge both R&D and mechanical production capabilities. As Aydoğdu explains, “In the global market, the limits of competition are defined by advanced technological solutions. We are redefining our production capabilities with this vision.” Tezmaksan’s R&D and software-centered growth strategy positions the brand as an increasingly strong player in the global CNC automation arena.
In the upcoming year, data-driven production architectures will be the primary agenda. While data analytics capabilities are being added to CubeBOX™ and FMS solutions, simulation and predictive insight tools will be enhanced with AI-powered capabilities in RoboCAM.
